Returns and Exchanges

I. General Policies:

We hope that you will be delighted with your purchase. If you change your mind about your purchase, you are welcome to return your product to us within 7 days of your purchase date as follows:

• for a refund*, the product returned must be in a new, unused and resaleable condition; and
• for an exchange or store credit, the product returned may be lightly sampled, opened or unwrapped.**

* Shipping cost will be deducted from the total amount if you wish to make a return and request for a refund.

** All returned products are subjected to inspection and approval by us prior to all returns and exchanges. 

If your product does not meet the above conditions, you will not be eligible for a change of mind return.

Exchange may only be made once with the exception of when purchasing the discovery sample. See below:

II. Discovery Sample Policies:

In the case of purchasing the "discovery sample", please get in touch with us via email so your credit* can be applied. This discovery sample product cannot be returned; no refund; no exchange. The credit must be used within 7 days of your purchase. Credit can only be used once toward the next purchase of the full size collection. Once credit is applied, the products are not eligible for a refund, exchange nor store credits.

* Credit for shipping fee is not included.
